Duties:

• Ensure the accuracy of all documents and legal filings.
• Represent clients in court for all assigned cases.
• Manage all aspects of assigned cases, including client interaction and court appearances.
• Perform administrative duties as needed, including file organization and document management.
• Conduct legal research on case-specific issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree.
• Active Illinois law license.
• Prior experience in family law is preferred.

Education:

Certifications:

• Illinois Bar admission is required.
