Duties:

• Represent a variety of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, in a wide array of transactions.
• Oversee the complexities of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing arrangements within the commercial real estate sector.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and analyze essential legal documents associated with real estate transactions.
• Offer strategic insights grounded in strong business judgment and extensive legal expertise.
• Effectively manage multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• At least six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
