Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm in Tukwila, WA, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Review Attorney to join its legal team. This position requires a strong understanding of contract law, with responsibilities focused on reviewing, analyzing, and drafting various legal documents. Location:

Duties:

• Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Draft and revise various legal agreements, including retainer agreements, fee agreements, power of attorney forms, case management agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.
• Assist with client intake and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provide support on other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of contract law principles.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with immigration law (preferred but not required).
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington (preferred).
