Location:
Duties:
- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Draft and revise various legal agreements, including retainer agreements, fee agreements, power of attorney forms, case management agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.
- Assist with client intake and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide support on other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of contract law principles.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with immigration law (preferred but not required).

Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington (preferred).
