Location
Duties

- Attend closings and collaborate with experienced attorneys across various legal settings.
- Prepare bank loan documents and a variety of agreements and filings.
- Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive documents related to transactional law.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law office, focusing on real estate and corporate transactions.
- Proven experience with legal drafting and transactional law processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey, in good standing.
- Confidential clearance is required.
Skills
