  • Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive documents related to transactional law.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law office, focusing on real estate and corporate transactions.
  • Proven experience with legal drafting and transactional law processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in New Jersey, in good standing.
  • Confidential clearance is required.

Skills

  • Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
