A prominent law firm is seeking an experienced litigation associate with 2-5 years of expertise in insurance coverage matters on behalf of policyholders. The firm’s Insurance Recovery Group works exclusively with policyholders to maximize the value of their insurance, litigate coverage disputes, and develop strategies to safeguard their interests. The ideal candidate will support the firm's clients, which range from technology companies to healthcare providers, by assisting with insurance recovery cases and risk management solutions.

Duties:
- Provide legal support in insurance coverage matters for policyholders across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, real estate, and more.
- Litigate and resolve coverage disputes between policyholders and insurers.
- Develop risk management strategies and assist in structuring insurance programs.
- Draft and review insurance policy language to protect clients' interests.
- Provide counsel to clients on maximizing the value of their insurance.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage caseloads independently, while collaborating with senior attorneys on complex matters.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience, specifically in insurance coverage matters on behalf of policyholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage insurance disputes, coverage analysis, and risk management.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and litigating insurance-related issues.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and build long-term relationships.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage, policyholder rights, and related litigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
