We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join a fast-growing law firm in Orem, UT. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-3 years of experience and offers an opportunity to work in a supportive and reputable environment.

Duties:

• Draft pleadings, including motions and affidavits.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case management and legal strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Utah Bar (candidates intending to take the Utah Bar will also be considered).
• Strong writing and legal research skills.
• Interest in advocacy and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to efficiently manage a full caseload and meet deadlines.
• Preferred experience of 0-3+ years in civil litigation, family law, criminal law, or personal injury.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Utah Bar or pending admission.

Skills:

• Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
