This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral associate looking to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex litigation. A Day in the Life As a Business Litigation Associate at Nelson Mullins, you will work alongside a team of highly skilled attorneys with extensive experience in both state and federal court. Responsibilities - Conduct and supervise electronic discovery - Draft dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions - Argue motions and take and defend depositions Qualifications - At least 18 months of business litigation experience - Admitted to the Georgia Bar or another state's bar (willing to go through the Georgia Bar's admission process) - Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills Who We Are Nelson Mullins is a leading law firm with over 1,000 attorneys and professionals.
