Candidates should have experience in discovery, oral advocacy, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions. Firm provides excellent mentorship, and associates get substantive experience, including depositions and court appearances. Must be a member of the California bar. Great opportunity to get experience and exposure in state and federal plaintiffs-side class action litigation. Occasional travel is required.
