Duties:
- Represent clients in domestic relations and immigration cases, including attending court hearings
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, agreements, discovery requests/responses, and legal briefs
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for case preparation
- Regularly meet with potential and existing clients, both virtually and in person
- Collaborate with opposing counsel on case developments
- Manage high-volume caseloads and maintain consistent communication with clients
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in good standing
- Ability to handle high-volume caseloads efficiently and professionally
- Strong interest or background in family and/or immigration law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- JD (Juris Doctor)
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia
