Job Title: Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A prominent law firm located in Boston, MA is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Litigation group. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a strong litigation background and a passion for collaborating on complex legal matters. Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide legal guidance.
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates, fostering professional development within the team.
  • Collaborate with experts to gather insights and strengthen case strategies.
  • Assist in fact development and participate in depositions to build comprehensive case files.
  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Help formulate case strategies and contribute to the overall direction of litigation efforts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably from a reputable AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Strong academic credentials, with a JD from a nationally recognized law school.
  • An MD, MPH, PharmD, or degree in Epidemiology is required.
  • Admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
  • Proven experience in product liability and/or complex commercial litigation, particularly within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school.
  • Advanced degree (MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology) required.

Certifications:

  • Must be admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others.
