Duties

• Provide legal counsel and representation in general municipal law matters.
• Assist with land use planning and compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
• Handle public transactions, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Support code enforcement efforts through legal advice and representation.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal issues and case strategies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• Relevant experience in municipal law or related fields is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar Association.
