The attorney will be responsible for assisting with commercial conveyancing, leasing, municipal, and land use permitting matters. Strong drafting and verbal communication skills, excellent academic credentials, practical problem-solving ability, and the capability to interact effectively with clients are required.

Duties:

• Assisting with commercial conveyancing transactions.
• Handling leasing matters.
• Assisting with municipal and land use permitting issues.
• Drafting legal documents.

Requirements:
