Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois, California, New York, or District of Columbia Bar, active and in good standing.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is a plus.

Certifications:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois, California, New York, or District of Columbia Bar.

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
  • Persuasive writing and oral communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of intellectual property law, especially in trade secrets and soft IP.
