Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced litigation associate with 4-7 years of experience to work on a wide range of complex litigation matters. This position offers the flexibility to work in any of the firm’s office locations across the nation. Location:
Duties:
- Handle a variety of complex litigation matters, including fiduciary disputes, pension plan issues, constitutional law, employee benefits, and more.
- Draft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, motions, and briefs in both state and federal courts.
- Assist with eDiscovery processes and manage document review.
- Participate in depositions and trial preparation.
- Manage multiple cases and ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Take ownership of significant projects and contribute to the success of the firm.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of litigation experience.
- Admission to the State Bar of California is required.
- Experience drafting and responding to discovery, pleadings, motions, and briefs in state and federal courts.
- eDiscovery experience preferred.
- Deposition experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and business judgment.
