The position involves working on behalf of corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies, handling a diverse range of mid-cap and top-tier transactions.

Location:

Duties:

• Represent borrowers in private credit, acquisition finance, and leveraged finance transactions.
• Collaborate with private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers.
• Manage a high volume of mid-cap and top-tier financial transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information in accordance with legal standards and firm policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance.
• Preference for candidates with borrower-side representation experience.
• Experience working with private equity sponsors or general company-side representation is highly valued.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of employment.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
