- Draft and file motions, legal documents, and submissions while overseeing paralegals.
- Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams to ensure case progression.
- Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on legal knowledge through continuing education and professional development.
- Support firm goals by exploring new opportunities and taking ownership of additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in litigation, from filing suits to judgment enforcement.
- Familiarity with creditor’s rights law is a plus.
- Must be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be located in Colorado and able to work in-office.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admitted to the Colorado Bar.
