Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload including general civil law and family law cases.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs, motions, and other necessary documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to facilitate case resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting clients' cases.
• Prepare and present cases to judges and juries with effective litigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and professional conduct.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience practicing in general civil law and family law.
• Proven ability to manage a large and complex caseload efficiently.
• Demonstrated success in handling legal matters from inception through resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California.
