Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience handling family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child support matters
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes, emotionally charged cases with professionalism and care
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients in court and during settlements
  • Ability to meet billable hour goals and manage a fast-paced caseload

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Indiana, in good standing

Skills:

  • Strong research and drafting skills for preparing legal documents
  • Effective courtroom advocacy and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work well with a team, including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
