Job Duties:
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide legal advice and updates on case progress.
- Conducted and defended depositions to gather critical information for case development.
- Perform comprehensive legal research and draft necessary legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
- Lead mediations to negotiate favorable settlements for clients.
- Develop and implement strategic case plans to achieve successful outcomes.
- Represent clients in court, including taking cases to trial and discussing verdicts.
- Draft and respond to motions in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing personal injury law.
- Proven trial experience with the ability to discuss past verdicts.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
- Substantial knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
