Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings and before governmental agencies, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
• Prepare and draft comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations throughout the litigation process.
• Execute administrative and management tasks related to legal practice, maintaining organizational efficiency.
• Manage a diverse caseload, which includes responding to discovery requests, attending depositions, and preparing for and conducting trials.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a distinguished, ABA-approved law school.
• An active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on personal injury defense.
• Demonstrated proficiency in motion practice, discovery, deposition procedures, and trial preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.

Education:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar membership.
