- Full-time position with competitive salary range of $78,500 - $98,000 USD
- Opportunity to work with a team of 1,000 lawyers across 12 offices in the US, Europe, and Asia

- Support the Litigation Business Development Director and Managers in a variety of initiatives
- Develop an understanding of department and firmwide priorities to assist with activities
- Prepare and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, and other proposal materials
- Manage the planning and implementation of firm-hosted events, sponsorships, and client entertainment
- Conduct market research and develop insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives
- Support the management of the firm's experience database and contact management system
- Assist with market recognition initiatives and legal directories
- Collaborate with Communications and Digital Marketing teams on marketing communications activities
- Track and report on business development activities for the Litigation Department and California offices
- Bachelor's degree required, with 1-2 years of experience in a professional services environment preferred
