Securities Attorney (Professional Track) - Investment Funds Group The candidate will represent various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and development of commercial real estate. Must have 6+ years of experience managing structured securities offerings. Should have strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience is preferred. Should have strong analytical and writing skills. Must be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
