A law firm is seeking a Senior Labor & Employment Associate Attorney in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate would work closely with the office’s established team of litigators and robust client base, with significant opportunities for growth and advancement.

 

Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in labor and employment matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.

 

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Georgia Bar.
  • 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
  • Preference for labor and employment experience, but general civil litigation experience is welcome.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Georgia Bar.

  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
