This role is ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of litigation experience, specifically in construction and complex litigation. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Assist in trial preparation and strategy development.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case developments and legal options.
• Attend court hearings and represent the firm in various legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to team efforts in complex cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the South Carolina State Bar is preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant litigation experience, particularly in construction law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent).

Certifications:

• Admission to the South Carolina State Bar is preferred.
