The successful candidate will work directly with clients, primarily property owners and managers, to provide legal advice on landlord-tenant matters and assess the viability of evictions. Duties:

- Draft legal correspondence, including letters, notices, and other necessary documents based on client needs.
- Oversee the preparation and review of legal documents, including summons, complaints, and stipulations.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar license (pending December 2024 license accepted).
- Less than one year of attorney experience is acceptable.
- General knowledge of civil litigation.

- Understanding of the litigation process and California Civil Code.
- Experience in the rental housing industry is a plus.
Education:
