- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files and records.
- Collaborate effectively with support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements:
- An Arizona State Bar License in good standing is required.
- Proven experience in personal injury law preferred.

Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
