Job Overview: A law firm based in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a dedicated and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Arizona and possess a solid commitment to securing the highest settlements for clients. The role involves working closely with a skilled support staff and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and medical malpractice.
• Develop and implement case strategies to maximize client settlements and favorable outcomes.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting experts.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Provide clients with clear and timely updates on the progress of their cases.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case files and records.
• Collaborate effectively with support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in personal injury law.

Requirements:

• An Arizona State Bar License in good standing is required.
• Proven experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new strategies to achieve optimal client settlements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and value the contributions of support staff.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Arizona State Bar License.
