The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited university, be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar, and have 1-3 years of relevant experience. A portable book of business is advantageous but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, from initial case preparation through trial and settlement.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Manage case files and client interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to advance case goals and ensure successful outcomes.
• Stay current with developments in commercial litigation and relevant legal trends.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited university.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• A portable book of business is a plus but not required.
