Duties:

• Manage client and case communications with clients, witnesses, and insurance adjusters.
• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice.
• Prepare and file legal documents, conduct legal research, and develop trial strategies.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Member of the Georgia State Bar in good standing.
