Duties:

• Manage a caseload of construction litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law issues.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court hearings.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients regarding construction disputes.
• Collaborate with clients, expert witnesses, and consultants as needed.
• Attend depositions and assist with trial preparation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in construction litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional advocacy skills in written and oral presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and business development potential.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Commitment to producing outstanding work product.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Florida (required).
