Duties:
- Provide legal support for large-scale infrastructure projects, including public civil works, construction, and transportation-related matters.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other documents related to infrastructure projects.
- Manage and oversee multiple ongoing projects while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise clients on regulatory matters, public contracts, and construction-related issues.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Take ownership of assigned legal matters and contribute to the firm's success through proactive legal counsel.
- Work within a team to deliver strategic solutions to complex legal and regulatory challenges.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of relevant legal experience in construction law, real estate law, public contract law, and/or transportation regulatory law.
- Strong academic credentials and experience in infrastructure law or public civil works projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to take ownership of significant legal matters and contribute to the success of the firm.
- Admission to the state bar in the location where the position is based.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active membership in the state bar in the location of employment.
