Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in the Private Client Services practice area.
- Manage a diverse caseload involving estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related matters.

- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing membership in the Colorado State Bar.
- Experience practicing law, focusing on Private Client Services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex cases from inception to resolution.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications:
- Colorado State Bar membership is in good standing.
