New York City office of our client, a BCG Top law firm, is actively seeking associate to join our Banking and Finance Group. The candidate will negotiate and draft complex financial lending transactions. Will focus in structured finance, leveraged finance, secularization or similar finance practice. Must have 2-6 years of experience. Should have experience in representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of complex financings. Prior experience in a large law firm setting is preferred.
