Duties:

  • Assist supervising attorneys with reviewing and analyzing legal documentation associated with client cases.

  • Maintain and update the firm's case management system with relevant dates, codes, and notations based on work performed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys and staff to coordinate case progress and necessary actions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to review documents thoroughly and identify key details.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Undergraduate degree (required).

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in Michigan.

Skills:

  • Excellent document review and analysis abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage case-related information and updates in a structured manner.
  • Effective communication skills for both written and verbal correspondence.
