Job Title: Real Estate Litigation Associate Salary: Competitive compensation and benefits Experience: Minimum of 7 years in real estate litigation or commercial litigation Offit Kurman, a full-service Am Law 200 law firm serving the private client market, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced litigator to join their Charlotte office as a Real Estate Litigation Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate litigation matters and manage all phases of the litigation process, while collaborating closely with clients and being part of a supportive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of real estate litigation cases, from conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and motions to representing clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic legal advice and representation. - Work independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate litigation or commercial litigation. - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex litigation matters from inception to resolution. - .
