We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Calendar and draft correspondence for attorneys
• Keep in contact with clients to ensure compliance with medical treatment and litigation updates
• Record and store client information
• Assist clients with scheduling medical appointments and follow up with collecting medical ;

?Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an administrative assistant
• Familiarity with legal research/terminology is helpful
• Ability to prioritize and multitask is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
