Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Environmental Regulatory Associate Attorney to join their Miami, FL office. This role involves providing expert legal guidance on environmental regulations, ensuring compliance, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders.

Duties:

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, lawyers, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables and respond promptly to correspondence.
  • Meet deadlines and maintain quality work standards.
  • Foster positive relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities related to the role, including extensive computer use and virtual meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice in Washington, ., and at least one other state.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in environmental law.
  • Background in key environmental statutes and regulations (TSCA, FIFRA, CAA, CWA, CERCLA, RCRA).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in applicable jurisdictions.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
