• Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case management and litigation strategies
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in insurance defense or personal injury law
• Experience in handling cases from inception through trial
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
• Competence in handling all aspects of litigation, including client interactions and court appearances

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California
