The primary focus will be on funds finance, with potential involvement in real estate, leveraged, and project finance deals based on the individual's experience.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and provide support in the preparation of legal documents related to funds finance transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate loan and security documents, fund subscription agreements, and related legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to understand and address legal issues arising in funds finance matters.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for fund finance transactions.
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance matters related to funds finance.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on funds finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial transactions, particularly in the fund's finance space.
  • Ability to handle complex legal matters and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
