This exciting opportunity is open to candidates in any of our office locations, with a strong preference for those based in the Southeast region. As a patent agent, you will be an integral part of our Patent Prosecution & Litigation practice team, specializing in Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Biotech cases. We are looking for individuals with a chemical engineering or chemistry degree (advanced degrees and/or work experience prior to agency exam strongly preferred) and USPTO membership. Candidates should also have a strong background in chemistry and at least 1 year of experience in patent prosecution.
