This role focuses on handling sophisticated civil litigation matters involving real estate, construction, business disputes, employment law, land use, municipal issues, and wills/trusts disputes. Duties

• Represent clients in state and federal courts throughout Virginia.
• Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and appearing in court.
• Develop new client relationships and grow the existing client base.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients across diverse practice areas.
• Deliver high-quality legal services with a focus on client satisfaction and personalized attention.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases independently.
• Strong advocacy skills, including legal writing and oral argument.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.

• Expertise in civil litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
