Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, ensuring high-quality legal advocacy.

• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients to provide legal counsel and case updates.

• Develop legal strategies and manage case progression from inception to resolution.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail for case management and documentation.

• Work independently while also providing leadership and guidance within a team setting.

• Ensure a positive client experience by delivering responsive and compassionate legal support.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina State Bar License.

• Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English.

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience (personal injury experience preferred).

• Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable client outcomes.

• Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to handling complex legal matters.

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude aligned with firm values.

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
