Duties:

  • Manage and handle multiple family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, and other family-related legal matters.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
  • Provide legal counsel and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in family law (preferred).
  • Strong court experience, including hearings and trials.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Florida Bar license (required).
