Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mass tort attorney - plaintiff with experience. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of personal injury cases (up to the filing of a complaint), including, evaluating the merits of a mass tort case, medical case review, research and legal analysis, etc. Will be providing guidance and counsel to clients. Supervising and providing direction to their own team of staff members. Must have a comprehensive understanding of mass tort law. Should have a license in good standing to practice law in Florida.
