The Law Firm of Nelson Mullins is currently seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in product liability to join their team in the Los Angeles office. This is a great opportunity for a lateral associate looking to be part of a growing office and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and feel confident in defending product liability lawsuits. As a Litigation Associate at Nelson Mullins, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including automotive, banking & financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy. The office is conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Los Angeles and 20 minutes from Redondo Beach, making it an ideal location for both work and play. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in product liability/mass torts and/or commercial litigation. They should also have experience in taking and defending depositions and drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. Admission to the California Bar is required. The salary range for this position, if based in California, is $195,000 - $220,000, depending on experience.
