Requirements:

  • Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
  • 2 to 7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of federal and state court procedures and regulations.
  • Proficiency in litigation and trial skills, with a successful track record.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Education:
