The selected candidate will play a crucial role in representing clients in insurance defense litigation and offering comprehensive legal services. Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Engage in various stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to devise effective case strategies.
• Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication to offer updates and legal advice.
• Participate in negotiation sessions and mediations, striving for favorable settlements.
• Maintain organized case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legal standards and court regulations.

Requirements:

• Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal and state court procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in litigation and trial skills, with a successful track record.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey.

Skills:
