Siemens Industry Software Inc. is seeking an experienced Employment Law Counsel to provide legal support and guidance on all employment law matters for our global software company. This is a full-time position with the option for remote/hybrid work, and the preferred locations are Plano, Texas; Wilsonville, Oregon; or Fremont, California. Other locations in the United States may be considered. Job Duties: • Provide legal support for all employment law issues, including preparing legal documents and advising on employee relations, policies, leaves of absence, and more. • Monitor and advise on employment laws in the . and Americas zone. • Oversee litigation and outside counsel. Job Qualifications: • 5-10 years of experience in employment law. • Degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the location hired. • Prior in-house experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws. • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
