A law firm in Costa Mesa is actively seeking a Junior Tax - Executive Compensation, Employment, and Benefits Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the firm's success by providing expert legal counsel in matters related to executive compensation, employment, and benefits.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on executive compensation, employment, and benefits issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including employment agreements, executive compensation plans, and benefit policies.
• Provide legal advice on tax implications of compensation and benefits structures.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring executive compensation packages.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in benefits and compensation, preferably in a law firm.
• Knowledge of tax laws related to executive compensation and benefits.
• Admitted to the State Bar and in good standing.
