The attorney will be responsible for independently managing a caseload and working collaboratively with a team to secure justice and compensation for clients.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases independently.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare litigation cases.
• Advocate on behalf of injury victims to secure fair settlements and judgments.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to strategize case approaches and solutions.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and depositions as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed on case status and developments.

Requirements:

• A valid license to practice law in New York.
• 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases (preferred).
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to relocate to Middletown, NY, before starting work.
• Ability to participate in a two-week training period in Middletown, with hotel accommodations provided if needed.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing capabilities.
