Costa Mesa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks affordable housing associate attorney with 4+ years of experience representing lenders on affordable housing construction and rehabilitation loans at a national or regional law firm. The ideal candidate must have significant lender-side experience drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents (specifically with respect to loans to construct or rehabilitate affordable housing multifamily projects) and conducting associated real estate and entity due diligence. The ability to work with other team members and clients, and "take ownership" of projects, is essential. Already admitted to practice in California are preferred.
