  • Represent clients in court and during mediation or arbitration proceedings

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal issues across different practice areas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission
