Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal representation and advice in civil litigation matters, including commercial, construction law, contracts, and real property disputes
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies for litigation
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court and during mediation or arbitration proceedings
• Analyze and interpret laws and regulations across a variety of civil litigation practice areas
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff within the firm to ensure comprehensive case management

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal issues across different practice areas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission
